Economics & Finance
The founder's original academic foundation, and still the base layer for how Iconomy thinks about incentives, resources and consequences.
About Iconomy
Iconomy Consulting Group is an owner-focused multidisciplinary advisory and corporate services practice built for businesses that need more than one professional lens.
Our point of view
Large organisations can maintain finance teams, lawyers, tax specialists, valuers, bankers and governance professionals in-house. Owner-managed businesses often face decisions just as complex without having that institutional infrastructure around them.
Iconomy exists to narrow that gap. We combine recurring corporate infrastructure with multidisciplinary advisory so owners can understand not only what has happened, but what a decision may change next.
Our roots
Iconomy's intellectual roots began in 2008 with economics: incentives, opportunity cost, resource allocation and the consequences of decisions across an entire system.
Accounting, corporate finance, valuation, governance and commercial legal understanding progressively expanded the toolbox. The habit of thought remained the same: understand the system before selecting the tool.
Thinking Accountant is the contemporary expression of that history.
Multidisciplinary by design
The breadth is intentional. It allows commercial questions to be examined across economics, accounting, finance, valuation, governance and legal-commercial considerations.

Business valuation training through NTU's Certified Valuation Analyst programme, alongside a final-year Juris Doctor candidature.
A close professional working relationship with Omnia Law Chambers LLC supports coordinated thinking where legal advice or representation is required.
Iconomy Consulting Group is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation. Reserved legal services are undertaken by appropriately qualified independent law practices.
Who we work with
Our natural clients are owner-managed companies, entrepreneurs, investors and business families whose capital, control and reputation are directly connected to the decisions being made.
Where strategic, financial and governance questions sit close to the founders and shareholders.
Where capital allocation, structuring, valuation and optionality matter as much as compliance.
Where succession, ownership, governance and relationships must be considered together.
Core values
Our values are not a decorative list. They describe the sequence by which judgment should become action: see clearly, be worthy of trust, keep people in view, act with courage and impose discipline on capability.
