Singapore, 25 May 2017 – Iconomy Corporate Consultancy has been engaged by a boutique property developer to advise on its corporate restructuring, strategic development and longer-term capital markets plans, including the formulation of a roadmap towards a potential future listing in the United States.

The advisory engagement encompasses a review of the developer’s corporate structure, governance framework, financing strategy and organisational readiness as it prepares for its next phase of growth.

As part of the engagement, Iconomy also participated in meetings with the developer and representatives of Shanghai-based building materials suppliers supported by national-level funding and institutional resources. Discussions focused on potential cooperation in building materials sourcing, procurement, supply-chain development and support for future development projects.

The meetings formed part of a broader effort to strengthen the developer’s commercial network while building the corporate and institutional foundations required for longer-term expansion.

Iconomy Corporate Consultancy’s role extends beyond conventional corporate administration, bringing together corporate structuring, governance, strategic planning, capital-market preparation and cross-border business development.

The proposed United States IPO roadmap remains a longer-term strategic objective and will be subject to the company’s growth, restructuring progress, market conditions and applicable regulatory requirements.

Through the engagement, Iconomy will continue to work with the developer and its partners to develop a corporate structure and governance framework capable of supporting both its immediate commercial requirements and future capital-market ambitions.
